Sheepdog, a border collie in a blue bandana, herding orange ETH coins across a meadow into a blue vault.

A good dog for any token.

Make holding a
token worth it.

Fund a vault with ETH or the token itself and turn it into holder rewards, buybacks and burns. The dev team can run one, and so can the community.

Two ways in

Built for the team and the community.

A token can have many vaults. The team can run one, and so can anyone who wants to reward the people holding with them.

More reasons to hold

One dog. Many ways to give back.

Every vault splits its ETH and tokens into buckets, and each bucket has one job. Pick the jobs that fit your token.

Each bucket waits for its whistle.

The bucket fills on every round and waits. When its whistle blows, Sheepdog buys and keeps or burns the tokens. You can also set a market-cap ceiling the contract checks before any buy. A rule, not a price guarantee.

Buy the project token or any other token with a pool against ETH. Keep it in the vault, or send it to a wallet you choose, such as a team or community treasury.

New holder rules that pay your top wallets or the largest buy of the period, on a weekly whistle. They use the same vaults, so nobody has to move funds. This mechanism is planned and not available yet.

Whistles (triggers) decide when a bucket spends: on every round, at a market-cap level, or after a drop from the recent high.

How it works

You fund the vault.
Sheepdog does the rounds.

Send ETH or the token, or point launchpad fees at the vault, then choose the split once. The keeper runs it on the schedule you set.

The owner holds the keys.

Whoever opens a vault owns it and sets its rules. Sheepdog never holds the funds.

Every round is on chain.

Deposits, rounds, buys and burns all leave a public record that holders can check.

The keeper has limits.

It runs on your schedule within a spending cap the contract enforces. The owner can still run a round by hand.

From “trust the team”
to “check the receipts.”

Give holders a repeatable share of what the token earns, from the team, the community, or both, with a public record of every ETH the vault spends.

Good questions.

Let’s clear
a few things up.

Explore the docs
Who can use Sheepdog?

Anyone with a wallet. A dev team can send its launchpad fees to a vault. A big holder, a DAO or a group of holders can open a vault for the same token and fund it with ETH or the token. A token can have many vaults, and its page shows all of them.

Do I need the token’s fee wallet?

Only to point launchpad fees at a vault automatically. Any wallet can open a vault and send ETH or the token to it, for any token on Robinhood Chain.

Can I deposit the token instead of ETH?

Yes. Every vault accepts ETH and its own project token. Tokens go to holder rewards paid in the token, or get burned, with the same whistles. Nothing is sold, and Sheepdog takes no fee on token deposits.

Who controls the ETH in a vault?

The vault’s owner. The owner can change the rules and withdraw the funds at any time, so only send ETH to vaults you trust. Each vault page shows its owner and the owner’s cut, and a team badge when the token’s fee wallet funds it.

What happens automatically?

When the owner turns on automatic mode, the keeper runs the vault on its schedule. It splits new ETH, funds holder rounds, and buys when a whistle blows. Holders claim their own rewards. Top-holder and biggest-buy rewards are coming next.

How much does it cost?

The platform fee comes out of new ETH that reaches a vault, and the contract caps it at 3%. Token deposits have no platform fee. The app shows the exact rate before you open a vault.

How do holders receive and verify rewards?

Each round gives eligible holders a share in ETH or in the token, based on their balance at the snapshot block. They claim it with a Merkle proof, and every round has a public on-chain record.

Are token returns or prices guaranteed?

No. Rewards depend on how much ETH or how many tokens a vault receives and on its rules. Buybacks depend on pool liquidity. No rule guarantees a token price or an investment return.
